"Overall, at first, I had a great experience with Jake. I have had him for my insurance since 2012. However, within the past few years, trying to get an appointment with him is impossible. It’s that one up and he ghost me every time. This happened probably seven times to me. I have reached the point that I canceled my policy with him and do not recommend anyone to go see him. Chances are you won’t see him it’ll be somebody else in the office. Good luck, but stay away from him."
